As we reported previously today on March 1st the 14th Dragon Ball Z movie Battle of Gods will be screening at a Cinestar theatre at Prishtina Mall in Kosovo.
What’s exciting about these screenings is that it could provide Dragon Ball another chance to have success in Kosovo. Originally the 1986 Dragon Ball anime aired on the channel Kohavision twice in 2003, but it is not known if any of the series was aired on TV or streamed since then.

Kohavision was of course the channel that aired the original, long-lost Albanian dub of original Dragon Ball where Son Goku’s name was mispronounced ‘Son Joke-U”.
Kanzenshuu user damn also reported that in the early 2000s there was a commercial tie-in for Dragon Ball where puzzle pieces were sold with puff snacks, although it was less popular than the panini sticker album challenge for Digimon fans, but that children enjoyed to collect them.
Curiously enough a Dragon Ball drawing was spotted in the deputy prime minister’s office.
