Now it appears that the channel is rerunning previously premiered episodes assuming the people who informed the source I spoke to were correct.
A Google Translated version of Panda Kids’ page for Dragon Ball Super suggests they are currently airing the Universe 6 arc.
We have not been able to double source where Panda Kids is at with the broadcasts but are open to anyone who has been watching to confirm.
