Denmark is nearing the end of the Future Trunks arc once again (this arc was first shown in Japanese with English subtitles) but once again in the native tongue, as Dragon Ball Super episodes 61-63 have been uploaded to Danmarks Radio’s DRTV app.
With this addition there is only 2 weeks left before this arc wraps up with the new Danish dub and fans can begin to (hopefully) look forward to the Tournament of Power arc in Denmark.
It has been announced that Dragon Ball Z will be dropping on Netflix in India on July 15th.
This is not going to be the first time a complete series of any of the Dragon Ball anime was streamed on the service in the region as Dragon Ball Daima was added to Netflix in October of last year.
According to Anime Society India Dragon Ball Z will be coming to Netflix India in Japanese with English subtitles only.
This may be disappointing news for fans that grew up with the Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubs on Cartoon Network back in the early 2000s, but of course there are also fans of the Japanese version who may be happy with this news.
Hulu has just listed new titles that will be added to their service next month, and on July 2nd this will include Dragon Ball Daima.
Hulu has been streaming the previous Dragon Ball series for many years, most notably Dragon Ball Z, which was on the platform as early as November 2011, and as recent as October 2020 Dragon Ball Super was added.
Unfortunately Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super were removed on February 1st this year. As such only Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Daima will be available to stream, but with the demand for popular titles on streaming these days it’s better than nothing.
Dragon Ball Daima is listed as arriving on Hulu dubbed, and it will almost certainly be the Crunchyroll dub since that is the only known English dub of the series.
The Dragon Ball Super Danish dub has reached another milestone as Danmarks Radio approaches the end of the Future Trunks arc. 60 episodes have been streamed thus far with the addition of 58-60 this week.
3 episodes a week have been released consistently since April 11th this year, and as expected next week should see the release of episodes 61-63.
Danmarks Radio continue to deliver on their promise of more episodes of the Dragon Ball Super Danish dub, and this week episodes 55-57 have been added to the DRTV app.
With this new batch of episodes Danmarks Radio’s “Season 2” has surpassed “Season 1” in length as the former has been ongoing for 30 episodes whereas the latter ended at episode 27.
Next week episodes 58-60 should be uploaded to the app.
A further 3 episodes of the Dragon Ball Super Danish dub are now available to watch.
The DRTV app has, as of today released episodes 52-54 with a further 3 episodes to follow next week.
It is official, in a return to tradition Dragon Ball Daima is set to air on linear TV in the United States.
According to a recent social media post the new Dragon Ball anime will begin airing on June 14th at 12:30am on Adult Swim’s Toonami block.
Dragon Ball has long been associated with Toonami in the United States ever since it first broadcast Dragon Ball Z in 1998 with the last two TV anime Dragon Ball Kai and Dragon Ball Super both airing on the block.
As expected the timeslot is longer than normal to cover the extended first episode, but as the series goes on it is likely Toonami will dedicate half an hour to the remaining episodes like the other shows in their lineup.
Unlike in the late 90s and 2000s all Dragon Ball content aired on Toonami in the US has been uncut, so there will almost certainly be no time cuts or other edits.
This will mark the first time a traditional TV channel broadcasts the English dub of Dragon Ball Daima.
A TV guide site has listed Dragon Ball Daima for June 2nd, that is this Monday in Albania.
The show will premier on Cufo TV, the channel which Dragon Ball Super concluded on June 16, 2023, and also aired all the previous series that were dubbed in Albanian (that includes the original anime, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT).
There are no listings for further in the week, but Dragon Ball Daima (titled natively as Sferat e dragoit Daima) is currently set to air at 9pm on Monday with no reruns as of yet.
Fellow French Dragon Ball dubbing actor Patrick Borg has announced on Facebook that his friend and long-time co-star Éric Legrand has passed away at the age of 66.

The exact date and cause of death are not known, but this is no doubt a great loss to French Dragon Ball, the future of which remains uncertain.
A Latin American news site for anime has announced that in July the channel Pakapaka will begin airing Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball July in Argentina.
The series are being brought to the channel alongside other TOEI Animation titles like World Trigger and Dragon Quest: Adventure of Dai.
Dragon Ball Z can be seen in the region on Adult Swim and through Crunchyroll, but Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT are not on any Argentine TV channels, so both series will receive wider exposure, although they can still be seen weekends at 11am on Paraguayan channel La Tele.
Additionally the channel will also air a youth program with streaming aesthetics titled “Gen Z” that will be dedicated to Dragon Ball fans.
